2D/3D Design

NEHP has a fully-staffed design department with four full-time design engineers.
We work in SolidWorks® and AutoCAD® and have the ability to provide our customers with complete 3D drawings to streamline your engineering approval process and 2D drawings and submittals to facilitate your architectural planning and layout.

Fluid Delivery Systems

We supply standard and custom utility fluid distribution systems for all types of gas, water and chemical applications.

Pictured here is a state-of-the-art chemical blend and dispense system which was designed for the semiconductor industry and installed at SUNY Albany for the Nanotechnology Center. In addition to the blending and dispensing of custom chemical mixtures & concentrations, this system also heats, recirculates and filters the chemical blends prior to delivering the programmed mixture with incredible accuracy.

Commissioned in Q4 2010, this systems remains as the only one of its type in the world! We partnered with Diversified Fluid Solutions of Boise, Idaho to provide this turnkey project.

Process Equipment Install

At NEHP, we are experts at all types of process tool & equipment installation.

Shown here is an example of our patented (Patent # 7.039.999 B2), raised access floor (RAF), drop-in gas module for a semiconductor cleanroom.

We can provide hookup needs or requirements for all utilities - electrical, mechanical, process gas, water, checmicals, controls etc.

NEHP builds many styles of modules and will either ship them to the end user for you to perform your own on-site install with house manpower or we can arrange for our installers to do the work as well, as a complete turnkey package.

We have completed installations at facilities worldwide.

Piping System Installation

This is an example of a turnkey piping system installation that NEHP performs.

We were contracted to design, install and commission the bulk chemical distribution system piping for a Solar Cell Manufacturing Facility in New York State.

This system is all double-jacketed piping for Sulphuric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Sulphite & Sodium Chloride.

We work with either stainless steel or plastics and can prefabricate pieces to ship to the customer site for installation by others or complete the field work ourselves, depending upon customer needs and efficiencies.

Risk Prevention Services

Incorporating risk-based project execution for projects takes an integrated approach to systems engineering and quality. We use a 21CFR11 compliant approach to managing requirements, assessing risk, executing work and generating turn-over packages. Our clients are provided with a strong commissioning and qualification basis that supports validation plans.

Our software development associates have significant experience building solutions for life science companies. We have invested in systems to ensure specifications and tests are captured to ensure client goals are met and systems are fully able to be validated and maintained throughout the life cycle of the equipment. Clients that are not in life science, benefit from the rigorous and efficient processes honed through our years of experience and service to regulated industries.

Working closely with our clients, our data base system can organize all task information throughout the entire project. We use iterative methodologies and deliver thorough documentation and trace matrices at project completion. Designing with validation in mind is standard practice. Keeping systems in compliance through good change control practices is important as well, and we work with our clients to make this as painless as possible.

Our proprietary software package allows fully-controlled, online access for all parties involved from inception to turnover. It is fully customizable to include all document attachments, notes, emails, drawings, change orders as well as progress reporting. All users are given controlled access to only the portions that pertain to their need and can be completely locked out of all other sections.

Once your system is setup and functioning, it is fully repeatable for other, similar projects at your facility. In the end, you have a full Turn Over Package and history of the entire project.

Contract Fabrication

NEHP can design, fabricate, test and ship any type of semiconductor, solar, life science or food & beverage equipment or prefabricated assembly, no matter what the intended purpose. Our skilled engineers are experienced in all of these fields.

Shown here is a custom-designed, electro-pneumatic control module for a sophisticated semiconductor process tool. NEHP is the supplier of choice for this customer and have been building this sub-assembly for them for several years.
